With years of experience I offer a range of treatments that suit a range of clientelle and establishments, whether they are campsites or luxury accommodation. Massage and wellbeing is becoming more main stream and is a great addition to offer your residents and clients.

Maintaining good mental and physical health has always been important but increased research and current events have started to put it in the spot light more and more.  Massage is the perfect way to do this; Whether it's to relax or for musculo-skeletal issues that need focusing on, Penny uses a wide range of treatments to create a bespoke massage.  It's a wonderful way to help your body eliminate toxins, reduce stress, ease everyday aches and pains and help a multitude of musculo-skeletal injuries/dysfunctions while enhancing your sense of well being.

                            ABOUT

Penny qualified in massage therapy in 2010 in Cheltenham, where she lived for 3 years after a 2 year stint in London. She has worked in an array of sectors including, finance, sales and retail, to name a few!  Originally from Burnham Market, she studied a business degree in Colchester and is continually looking at new avenues to develop in, using every opportunity to do this abroad; She spent a month in Thailand learning Thai massage.

Penny Believes

Massage is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, along with, but not exclusive to exercise and diet.  The way you look after your physical and mental self reflects in the way that you feel, look and respond to your environment.   Massage allows your body and mind to relax, recuperate and improve your range of motion as well as help reduce pain and discomfort in certain circumstances.

Her Aims

Penny aims to travel the UK and work with local businesses to become part of the local community offering a range of massage treatments to their residents and clients.

What Is Holistic?

A Holistic approach is all encompassing, looking at the whole rather than individual components. Massage works on the body and helps you relax emotionally, an ever increasing necessity in an ever-stressful and often lonely environment. This approach will be compounded with the increasing range of treatments and products available to her clients to help their body, mind and spirit.

What is Remedial?

Remedial, Sports or Clinical Massage are very similar. The qualification is level 4 and in accordance with insurance and within restrictions, allows the assessment and treatment of musculo-skeletal dysfunction and injuries; unlike level 3 massage treatments which are deemed for relaxation purposes only. Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in sport but can been transfered across to those with every day aches and pains or injuries. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help recover from workouts and injuries. Sports massage has four basic forms: pre-event massage, post-event massage, maintenance massage and developmental massage. These treatments can be transferred to a number of non sport injuries and dysfunctions.
